Considering how large our group was (about 30 people), Deb executed the entire trip flawlessly. What I remember most that we all enjoyed was the Disney set sail pre-party that was planned to talk about the trip; the giveaways, the video shown, the snacks, the details given were superb especially for a group where the majority had not been on a cruise. It was a nice touch! And as a cruiser, I had not ever experienced that before from a travel planner. As mentioned above, I enjoy a special touch when it comes to my travel planning experience and that Deb provides; I can appreciate a travel agent that gives something extra that I may not get elsewhere. Not to mention the amount of detail she gives if you approach her about a trip. She will give you MORE than enough detail to help you decide what you want to do. Oh and another thing, her quick response time, I came to Deb about a trip to Dubai and she had an itinerary for me in less than a week!! Deb rocks!

We loved how well Debbie planned the entire trip and have booked multiple vacations with her. Debbie organized and arranged every detail of our 35th Wedding Anniversary Trip out west . We flew into Salt Lake, rented a car, visited with friends for a few days and then drove to Moab Utah .We stayed at the most wonderful place, The Red Cliffs Inn. We enjoyed touring a small museum of " old movies" that were filmed on the property, a 3 1/2 hour horse ride on a trail in a canyon, rafting down the Colorado river, dinner & a river boat cruise thru a canyon at night, and shopping the quaint little shops of downtown Moab. We hiked trails in Arches National Park and Canyonlands. A last minute illness on our last day threw a hick - up in our plans. Debbie's professionalism was priceless to us at that time. One call to her: she cancelled and rebooked our return flight and extended the rental. No worries! We have the most wonderful memories of that trip ! We look forward to using her to help us plan another special trip.

Debbie was being highly recommended on a Facebook Moms Group that I am part of. When I contacted her for some information she asked if I wanted to meet up and chat face to face. When she mentioned a local wine bar, I couldn't refuse. She was very easy to talk to and has been to so many places. She is a great resource and a fabulous travel agent. I love her suggestions, tips, and how she makes her clients feel special. She's what I've been searching for in a travel agent for awhile! I only wish I had met her sooner! Debbie is a great communicating, which is very important in a travel agent. One of my favorite things about her is how she makes all of her clients feel special. She knows tricks and tips to help and whether it's family or romance, she has ideas that help with planning. I know when I'm traveling on a trip that Debbie has helped me with that I don't have to worry about anything. It's so nice and relaxing. I can just go and enjoy!

Debbie arrange a cruise for us, our children and grandchildren. We live in three different cities. She got for all of us airline tickets for arrival and departure, ground transports from airport to hotel, and end of cruise ground transportation to the airport, hotel room reservations at a convenient hotel that even had beach access to the ocean. She selected cruise cabins exactly fitting our needs and good location on the ship, also conveniently close to each other. All those arrangements were made with no effort on my part. They all fitted our wants and needs perfectly. Her arrangements were better than I could have done and included things I never would have thought of.
